The Momentum Journey
Momentum Volleyball Club is built for long-term development. Our goal is not one team, one season, or one result. We are committed to creating a complete athlete journey where players continue to grow, compete, and stay connected to the game.
Athletes progress through a structured pathway:
• Begin with developmental training, clinics, and skill-building opportunities
• Move into competitive club teams at the appropriate level and age group
• Earn higher-level opportunities through growth, consistency, and team success
• Compete at Regional and National levels as they continue to develop.
MVC Purpose, mission, and goals
Momentum Volleyball Club’s purpose is to provide junior athletes the opportunity to learn, develop, and compete, while also teaching life lessons through the game of volleyball.
Our mission is to train and guide athletes to become strong role models in their communities, on and off the court, while giving them the tools to reach their full potential through positive experiences.
Our goal is to develop not only skilled players, but future leaders. We emphasize:
• Respect, integrity, responsibility, and sportsmanship
• Leadership through effort, attitude, and accountability
• Growth through adversity, competition, and teamwork
We are committed to helping every MVC athlete become confident, prepared, and capable, both in volleyball and in life, while continuing to grow the game through future ambassadors of the sport.
