That moment after all the running, after all the gasping for breaths of air, after all the knee burns, and diving, and after all the pain and struggling I put a player through to get better, they say: “See you at the next practice, Coach!"
Coaching Philosophy/Why you love to coach:
I love to coach because volleyball and sports in general offer so much more than just athleticism and hand-eye coordination. It creates life-long relationships, builds character and most importantly allows us to mold the next generation into the great leaders and difference makers we know they will be.
