Girls 5th-8th Grade MVC 10-Week Academy Program (Prepare for Club Tryouts!)

Our Girls 5th-8th grade MVC 10 Week Academy Program is designed for incoming 5th-8th grade girls that will work on skill development, teamwork and gameplay geared towards preparing for club tryouts. Players will be placed on appropriate courts by age and skill. This is a very strict curriculum-based program that will progressively get harder each week. A great time for players to identify the position they want to focus on playing, learning positional responsibilities, rotations, offensive and defensive strategies, learning what to expect at club tryouts, and how to stand out above the crowd! Girls who make their middle school teams are still eligible to participate if it does not conflict with their games and practices. However, we will not be offering refunds or credits for missed sessions.
We price our programs out to break down to $15 p/hr. This program is 10 nights, 2 hours each. Program total cost will be $300. Players are required to sign up for the full 10 Session event. We are trying to limit the lines, check-in times, paperwork, and track attendance for COVID still. To make this process easy, we are asking that all events be paid in their entirety on the first night via Cash or Check made out to Momentum Volleyball Club. We will limit attendance to these programs and we will not be offering drop-ins weekly or refunds for individually missed weeks. Be sure to register and save your spot for this program as it will sell out. You will receive a confirmation email closer to the start of the events. We will also be sending any updates or changes to the schedule to those registered!
Dates: Wednesdays August 18th - October 27th from 6-8PM **This is scheduled a total of 11 weeks, but we will have one week off due to fall break – probably 10/13**

Cost: **Required to be paid in full at check in on first night. $300
(Breaks down to $15 per hour) Check can be made out to Momentum Volleyball Club.
Only two forms required to bring with you. MVC Participation Waiver and MVC Covid Waiver. These forms are available on Momentumvb.com/documents. We will email these documents prior to the start of the academy and have blank forms at the sigh in table as well. Forms only need to be signed one time for all summer events. If you attended a previous event this summer, you do not need to turn these forms in again.
**We will send out event email confirmations on an individual basis. The confirmations are not automated. We will go through and send registration confirmations 1-2 times per week. Please be patient and do not submit this form multiple times. Thank you!**
