Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the sport, Our Momentum Volleyball Club invites you to be part of an exciting summer lineup! We are incredibly blessed to have access to our beautiful new facility, the Haven Church Gym. This is our new home for our Boys Volleyball Program. All of our summer events will all be held at this location. We have an incredible partnership with Haven and they are part of the MVC Family as we are to them. During the Fall Club season, we will have some teams practicing out of our other locations (Generally Desert Sky Middle School) due to Haven having limited courts and our program growing so much! We are expecting to have at least 2 (maybe 3 teams in certain ages) per age group in just our boys program for the 2024-2025 season. This means Regional(local) and Nationals teams in 13/14s, 15s, 16s, 17s, and 18s. All skill levels are welcome over the summer as we grow the amazing sport of Boys Volleyball in Arizona! We had our most successful boys season in 23-24!

This is the remaining schedule for the summer. We will continue to email you any updates and changes if you are on our email distribution list. Please help us spread the word and share our information with friends and teammates who may be interested in boys club volleyball this season! Club Dues and Schedules will be announced later this summer. Tryouts are Aug 10th, 2024. Times TBD.
FINAL EVENTS LEADING INTO TRYOUTS. TIME TO GET SERIOUS!
For the final events leading up to tryouts, we ask that you register for our club information night AND for the remaining Pre-Tryout Evaluation Nights. We know if you are coming to the events leading into tryouts, we know you are serious about playing club this season. This registration is not a tryout registration. It is only for the remaining evals and club info night. It allows us to focus our evaluations on players who we know are planning on coming to MVC. We welcome all players, even those who may be trying out elsewhere and are just attending for extra touches. We do not want to have our coaching resources focused on players not committed to MVC. Let us know on the form that you will be attending the remaining events.

Players come and play volleyball while being evaluated. No contracts will be given out these nights. We ask that you try and attend both nights. A vital time for players to have extra opportunities to be evaluated prior to tryouts. We also accept all tryout documentation and we help with tryout registration questions at these events.

The Momentum Boys Academy Program is one of our most popular offerings, consistently selling out each year. This curriculum-based program is designed to prepare your players for the upcoming club tryout season. This program is for players who are able to make most or all of the sessions. You are registering for a set of 8 sessions and payment will be due on night 1 at the table. No refunds are given for missed nights. We generally end up with a long waiting list of players who will be able to fill the spot if your player is unable to attend.
Prepare for Club Volleyball Success
The program's content becomes more challenging each week, ensuring your player is ready to excel during the competitive club season. Led by certified USAV coaches with extensive experience coaching boys, this program is highly recommended for any player, 6th-9th grade, looking to play club volleyball - even if they've participated in the academy before.
Tailored to Player Experience
For returning players, the curriculum will be modified to continue challenging them and introduce new skillsets, keeping them ahead of the curve for the Fall Club Season. The program covers:
• Conditioning
• Fundamental skills
• Practice new skills in Game-play
• Rotations
• Offensive and defensive responsibilities
• Vocabulary (beginner and advanced)
• Communication
• Other essential skills
