Girls - Head Coach

Coaching Experience:

I started off my career coaching 12 to 14 year olds at the junior high level before moving to the high school level. I have been coaching Boys and Girls JV and Varsity Level volleyball at Liberty High School for 8 years. I have coached club volleyball for the past 3 years from ages ranging 12 to 17. In 2017, Our  Momentum 17N Impulse team finished 2nd in the USAV AZ Region Junior Girls Championship Division. Most Recently, I coached the Boys MVC 18-2 Red Team which went to Nationals and the MVC 16N-1 Girls team which won the 2019 Festival Fiesta Tournament winning a bid to the 2019 AAU Championships. In 2019 I was the Head Coach of the MVC 14-1 Navy Nationals Girls Team!

I am excited to Head Coach the MVC 15-1 Navy Nationals Girls Team in 2020-2021! I also help coordinate all off-season girls camps and academy programs for MVC.

Greatest Coaching Moment:

When players have the “light bulb” moment and a skill they have been trying to master clicks and everything falls into place. My expectations for every player is they not only give 100% physically but also mentally. I believe that every player should challenge one another to improve. The overall goal is to build stronger individuals as well as team players.

Playing Experience:

1 year club prior to high school

4 years at Liberty High School

Competitive Sand Leagues

Currently:

I am a full time student at ASU working towards a bachelors in Neurology and Physiology. I work part time as an EMT and also worked the COOP program at Liberty High School. In my free time, I like going to the lake or spending time with friends and family
