Please fill out this form if your player is interested in attending tryouts for the MVC 2019-2020 Boys Fall Club Season! This form is not a commitment to signing with our club. This is ONLY so we can start to accurately project the number of teams we will need to support and the potential ages of those teams. This also helps us coordinate facilities and coaching staff. We will provide more information in regards to tryouts, schedule and pricing as the region releases additional information to us. 

We will have FREE Club Open House Nights at West Wing Elementary School from 5:15-9:15pm on Tuesday August 13th, and Thursday August 15th. 15 & Under 5:15-7:15, 16 &Up 7:15-9:15pm. These are nights for players to come play and for coaches to evaluate. These are great opportunities for parents to ask questions about the upcoming club season and meet our staff. YOU MUST BRING THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN OPEN HOUSE AND TRYOUTS.

If you intend on coming to tryouts we strongly recommend coming to both nights!

Tryouts for the 2019 Fall Club Season will be on August 17th from 1-5pm.

Tryouts will be at Great Hearts Glendale Prep on 83rd Ave and Pinnacle Peak

Check in 12:45pm. Tryouts 1pm-2:30pm  Ages 17/18

Check In 2:15pm.   Tryouts 2:30-4:00pm Ages 15/16

Check in 3:45pm. Tryouts 4:00-5:30pm Ages 14U
